Tell me a little about yourself and Gabrella Manor.
Gabrella Manor began in 1997 when Brenda and Steve purchased the Bundy House in historic Roebuck Springs to create a special events venue around its unique architecture…Spanish Colonial Revival architecture with stained glass, crystal chandeliers, artistic wrought iron, and stunning Batchkelder tile work in almost every room.

Gabrella Manor has a unique look, over 20 years experience, planning services included, and many amenities included in base packages.
How many people can Gabrella Manor hold, both seated and standing?
The most comfortable number would be 200 or fewer, an even more feasible option is available with just a few considerations, and can be very intimate with small events of only 20 or so.
How much does renting Gabrella Manor cost, and what exactly does that include?
Gabrella Manor pricing and packages vary widely depending on the number of hours, number of guests, and type of function.
What are the rates for different days of the week and times (Friday, Saturday, Sunday; morning, afternoon, evening)? What about different seasons?
Weekdays (Monday through Friday) are discounted for most packages.
Is there parking available for guests? How many spots?
Yes, there is parking for approximately 100 guests.
Are couples free to hire their own vendors, or do you have a list of preferred vendors?
Catering, beverages, and decor are required through the venue. Other services (photo, video, band, DJ, etc.) may be selected by the couple.
What is your alcohol policy?
Gabrella Manor Inc is licensed for on-premise sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
If a wedding is outdoors, what is the contingency plan in case of bad weather?
Gabrella Manor has a large permanent tented Pavilion for “rain plans”.
Are there bridal rooms and groom’s suites to get ready in?
Gabrella Manor has large and spacious rooms for both bridal party preparations.
Can couples have their rehearsal dinner here? What about a morning-after mimosa brunch?
Gabrella Manor offers rehearsal dinner packages as well as other brunch/lunch events.
How far in advance can a date be reserved?
We suggest no more than 12 months, but a date can be “held” also.
Do you have your own sound equipment and speakers, or will those need to be rented or provided by the entertainment?
Our packages include sound system and operator for ceremony use.
Will your staff be involved in setting up and breaking down the décor? In what capacity?
Our staff provide all setup and breakdown.
What is the most common question you get asked by brides and what is your answer?
What will happen if it rains? We will develop a rain plan (and a timeline for deciding whether to enact that plan) together well in advance.
What’s your biggest tip for a couple planning their wedding day?
Try to focus on no more than 3 priority elements of the day and let the rest flow from there!
